Maria has cooked in this kitchen for 31 years. She learned from her mother, who learned from hers — and for four hours on a Friday morning, she teaches guests the same.
The morning begins with pasta by hand — the kind that takes patience and produces joy. Then a slow risotto, stirred without hurry. Then an osso buco braised until the bone gives way. At 14:30 you eat what you made, with wine.
The class accommodates 6 guests maximum. Every Friday, 10:30 AM. Booking required at least 48 hours in advance.
